Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders
Payment providers — to take payment and screen for fraud
Fulfilment and logistics partners and carriers — to pick, pack and deliver your order, which requires sharing your delivery name, address and contact details
Email and support tools — to send order notifications and answer your messages
Analytics and advertising providers — where you have consented to non-essential cookies
Professional advisers, and authorities — where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

We operate from the United States and use suppliers and fulfilment partners in several countries, including outside the United Kingdom. If you are in the United Kingdom, your information — including the delivery details needed to ship your order — may be transferred outside the UK. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records: for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 6–7 years)
Customer support correspondence: up to 3 years after the matter is closed
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and for a short period after
Analytics data: as set out in our cookie settings, typically no more than 26 months

California: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.

9. Marketing

If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect order-related emails, which we must send to fulfil your order.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
