Crystal Leaf LED Wall Sconce

The Viego Co. Crystal Leaf Sconce is a hardwired wall light formed as a single twisted acrylic blade held in a slim aluminium frame. The acrylic is cut with a crystal texture, so the light breaks up across the surface instead of showing as one flat panel, and no bulb is visible from any angle.

The fixture stands 30 cm tall and 12 cm wide, which is narrow enough for the strip of wall between a bed and a corner. The frame is aluminium finished in gold or black and the diffuser is textured acrylic rather than glass, keeping the weight at under a kilogram. The LED is integrated and rated for the life of the fitting, so there is nothing to replace. It runs on AC 90 to 260 V and is not dimmable at the fixture.

It mounts to a standard wall box, and is sold singly or as a matched pair for either side of a bed or a fireplace. The narrow footprint also suits a stairway wall or a hallway where a wider fitting would be knocked. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. The acrylic marks more easily than glass, so wipe it with a dry cloth and avoid solvents.
