Marble Circle Candle Holder

The Viego Co. Marble Circle Candle Holder is a ring of marble on a metal frame, made to hold a candle on a dining table, a console or a desk. It is a decorative object first and a candle holder second, which is why it still reads as something deliberate on the table when nothing is lit in it.

The body is marble with metal, and because marble is a natural stone the veining differs from piece to piece, so no two are identical. It comes in black or white, which is the practical choice between something that disappears into a dark room and something that catches the light in a pale one. Candles are not included, so the size and colour of candle are yours to pick, and the holder is sold singly rather than as a set.

It suits a dining table centrepiece, a shelf, a mantel, a hallway console or a desk, and it pairs naturally with our soy jar candle. Wipe it with a dry soft cloth; marble is porous, so wipe spills quickly rather than leaving them to sit. Trim the wick before each burn to keep soot off the stone.
